Returns

You can raise a return from My Account → Orders within [30] days of delivery. Tell us which items you are sending back and why, and we will confirm what happens next.

What we can take back

Items should be unused, in their original packaging and fit for resale. [Name here anything you cannot accept back — perishables, made-to-order items, opened consumables — and say so plainly.]

Refunds

Once a return reaches us and has been checked, we confirm the refund against your order. Refunds go back to the way you paid.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with a photograph. We will replace it or refund it in full.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled before it is dispatched — contact us and we will stop it. After that, please use the returns process above.
